Franck Düvell gave a keynote speech at a meeting of ICMPD and IGC in Vienna. He spoke with representatives of the national interior ministries, the EUAA and the UNHCROECD about scenarios of war in Ukraine, displacement and return. The topic was the time after the end of temporary protection.

Franck Duvell attended the Thuringia Cabinet meeting on 12/13/2022 and reported on the current situation in Ukraine, addressed the issue of return migration as well as migration still to come triggered by the attacks on critical infrastructure. He then presented his research findings at the government media conference (minutes 1:15-7:45).
